Who: Dave (solo/open)
When: Very early morning
Where: Hospital/clinic

Dave had woken around 5am, as he did every morning. The envelope he'd seen straight away, the contents had been hard to deny. Naturally, his attention had gone straight to that. His shower had been as short as he could manage, before he headed out, jogging through the snow-covered streets to the hospital. In his rush, he'd completely missed the message left about the town hall, and his route hadn't taken him past there. Instead he'd gone another way, heading up to the hospital to check out the new clinic.

He hadn't really got how much he'd missed it. When the town had been populated, he'd felt stifled under the yoke of superiors, not being in charge. Fucking consultants, reminding him he'd been 'one of them', humouring him, he felt. But now - now there as nobody else. Not really. He'd missed this. As fucked up as it was, he was back.

Clearing a Path

So, I had been going to find you, and all that, but that didn't happen and looking outside, I'm thinking it's not the day either. Anyways--just checking in. Emma and I are in a house on a street that magically appeared yesterday, so that's fun. Esme's here, and Dale.

I had found Hannah and had her here but now she's gone again. And oh, yes, she's in a house with Eris.

You two faring alright?

Private to Everett and Dave

Yesterday, I was attacked by a girl. I recognize her from my own experiment. She didn't speak or anything. She lives at 4 Cherry Street. I tried helping her, walked her home, and there was a bloody knife outside her door. Considering the fact that she tried to attack me twice without even really speaking to me and me not being anything remotely threatening, I think it's an issue, and I don't know what to do about it. Let me know if you need any more information.

It's not over

Who: Dale and Everett, open to Dave and Kales
Where: Cherry Street, outside Dale's
When: 8 A.M.

Who: Dave and Lina
When: Ass-early in the morning
Where: Dave's house

Lina tried not to head straight for Dave's house at five AM. Really, she did. She knew he didn't get off work until sometime around or after two AM, and really, she didn't need to wake him up at ass o'clock. This wasn't an emergency. Nobody was going to possibly die from what she knew.

But holy fuck, Lina couldn't deal with this bit of knowledge on her own. How the fuck did Hannah do it for who knew how long? No wonder that bitch was crazy.

PM to Dave

We need to talk.

Not Mayberry

Who: Hadley and Dave
When: Late morning
Where: The park

run, bitch, run!

Who: Dave and Lina
When: 5 AM
Where: The streets of the town with no name.

Lina's 5 AM routine hadn't stopped in the woods, and it sure as hell didn't stop here. Every morning she was up and out the door at five for a run. The sick part of it all was that, at least in this aspect, she actually missed those damn woods. Not the living, sleeping, and shitting in them part. But when she'd been living in the house, every morning she'd taken a different trail in the woods. She'd enjoyed that, even when everything else around her blew.

Dave coming along today was interesting, though. Unexpected, and definitely not something she was used to, but she couldn't say that was a bad thing. Just interesting.

Dave was up, like he was up every morning. He was working a late shift today, but he was still up. And waiting for Lina on the porch. Prophet was sniffing round the front yard in the predawn light, oblivious to everything else as Dave contemplated the fact that as winter drew in, the swimming pool was, at least, heated...

PM to Lina

So, you starting your morning run again? There's not many people around at 5am...
