"Life is just a chance to grow a soul"?
WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? Who leaves a beautiful mask on someone's doorstep and then writes something like that in it?
I just - what the hell?
. . .Okay.

Okay. So. Regrouping. The outside of a mask is the facade, right? "Alive". Does this mean, what? I'm not really alive? (Creepy on a number of levels.) I'm only acting alive? I'm not the ONLY one alive? (In which case. . .well, Bri, of course, and there must be others. . .but what if)

But the inside, "life is just a chance to grow a soul". The inside of a mask is where your true face is. A message to the real me? A message about the real me.
Did I not have a soul before? Is THIS really my "chance"? This weirdass place?

Fuck THIS, you know? I want to know what this is talking about. What do they know about me? Who did this? How much -- how much do they know and how much am I just making the fuck up?

And then again. . .part of me thinks maybe this is a test. Maybe I am here to, fucking, grow a soul or whatever.
