[PM to Dave]

Hey Doc. You make house calls?

 - PM to Cal

So, we seem to all be arriving, one by one. I can do - what seems to be the problem?

Dave

Guess so. Welcome back to being officially alive.

Need you to okay a prescription for me, and I'd be much obliged if you'd run a few tests, make sure everything is on the up and up. Couple of other things I need to run by you, but that can wait until our little appointment.

Let me know when is good for you, because my schedule is pretty god damn open.

I don't think that kind of thing is going to be possible. Unfortunately, I don't have the autonomy I had within the experiment. I have a boss now and everything. I'm sorry, but you're going to have to attend the hospital if you want actual tests run.

Christ, we really are in the real world again, aren't we? Or some sort of bastardized version of it.

 - .

We most definitely are - I have to learn to work within a hospital, with departments and a structure and everything. It's crazy!

 - .

Nothing says reintegration like adjusting to bureaucracy. Guess I'll have to get used to it, too. I'll call up the hospital. Christ, it all sounds so normal.
