'talked' to someone today; he said that the houses were only boarded up yesterday, as well as people left yesterday, and the power had gone out. i went to the hardware store and got flashlights, batteries, and some wooden broom handles to break for flipping switches - just in case. you want anything?

That's the same I heard - minus the part about people leaving. Just that everything started going to shit yesterday. You know where this going, don't you? Goddamn them, I almost thought we had a chance.

Thanks anyway, but I picked up my own supplies today. I'd hit up the grocery store and start building your stores before everyone else realizes we have a finite food supply and ransacks the place.
