PMs to Kaori, Shane, Camber, and Glitch

Addison rubbed her temples. Occasionally, very occasionally, she wished her grandmother drank. Not that she would've been able to get to the bloody kitchen to get the booze, but sometimes she just really wanted that alcohol. Especially after the message on the central computer. 'Armless Adele Smithe'. What the hell, scientists. What the hell. Was it 'Talk Like a Pirate Day' out in the real world? Or someone just watched Pirates of the Caribbean too many times? Or maybe someone pulled this little test out of a goddamn hat because it sure as hell felt that random.

Addison cracked her neck. What the hell? She could deal with this. She wasn't dead yet, right? Right. Maybe after she sent out her messages, she'd try a self portrait of herself in pirate garb. That'd be interesting. She started grinning while she started typing.

Ahoy, my apparent hearties. We're pirates today. I'm Armless Adele Smithe. Huzzah, etc. Looking for PIRATE AGNES THE MALFORMED - I have the code to her... what the hell is it on a ship? A galley? Something like that. If someone could mount the crow's nest and keep an eye out for land and/or my code, it'd be appreciated. Arrr.

For once, Glitch was very happy she always made sure to go to the bathroom before she went to bed. She would have liked to have gone when she woke up, too, but, yeah, that wasn't happening unless she found a cup or something and played drug test. She was snapping and chirping with great annoyance when she noticed the first message, on the central computer. She read it, giggling a little at it, and was just about to start asking around when she heard the computer she'd carefully marked "ADDISON" going off. Running over, she read the message and quickly replied.

Ahoy and shit! I guess it's International Talk Like a Pirate Day or something, only we've gotten shanghaied instead. Don't have Pirate Agnes the Malformed, sadly, and I'm not her. I'm Pirate Corliss the Dagger, which I have to admit is an awesome name, and I'll have to use it if I ever do pirate cosplay. I've got the unfortunately named Fat-Ass Carmen Barbossa's phone number or whatever- I guess it goes to the pisser or something? Maybe? I dunno. Another computer just went off, maybe they know something. Arr and stuff.

Shane was not having a good day here. He really, really wasn't. So, he didn't have the patience or the humor to really find anything fucking funny about this. So when he answered her back, it was pretty flat as far as answers went.

Hi, Addi. What is the code? And I'm "Stop-Picking-At-It" The Wise or whatever, and I'm looking for "Drippy Ooze" whatever some arg noises, and the code for that person is 6537

Kaori really rather hated this set up, and hated she could get into the locked medicine hallway and padded rooms--but not her bathroom or the small minifridge or cupboards to even get herself tea. In the end, she figured out fairly easily what was going on, and when she sat down to reply to Addison, she had a blank case file with her so she could write things down.

Good morning, Addison. What code do you have for Agnes the Malformed? If you are not in direct contact with her, the most efficient way to get the number to her is to give it to everyone you're speaking to, and ask them to pass it on as well. Basically, if we all do the same, collect as many name and number combination as possible, and pass them on to everyone, eventually it will get to who it needs to.

I have been informed that I am to be known as "Not-So-Keen-On-the-Womenfolk Elanor"
The name I have been given and the associated number is "Cap'n Beatrice Bloodsmear" 4277

I would appreciate if you could gather the names and numbers from the other people you are in contact with, and get them to me as soon as you can. I'm sure people need to use the facilities as much as I do. Thank you for your time and patience.
